Wizardry Fun Patch

We’ll begin our wizard training by making a magic wand. We’ll use it to create an oozing potion that will literally climb out of our cauldrons. Next we’ll become mad scientists as we attempt to make a mysterious liquid change colors inside our test tubes. We’ll then learn the chemistry behind each of our “magical” creations.

Hocus Pocus Recipes

Cooperative Games Galore Fun Patch

Girls will step up as leaders as they move through a series pf challenges. They’ll learn to improve their communication skills and which areas they excel. They’ll learn that the group has a variety of talents and how best to use them to serve the team. While girls will be expected to complete the challenges without adult guidance, they will be coached on how to improve their communication and how to support one another. This class can be done inside or out.

Paddle Boat

Earn and Learn: Junior Paddle Boat Design Challenge Badge

Girl scouts will be able to demonstrate how boats float, define buoyancy, ballast and potential versus kinetic energy as we use the design process to build a paddle boat that can travel through a tub of water.
